In time for the start of the football season, Sky are offering 2Mb broadband, offpeak phone calls, 68 digital TV channels and Sky Sports 1,2,3 & Xtra for just £35 a month.
With football matches being bundled into broadband propositions offered by Virgin Media and BT with its BT Vision IPTV service, Sky is keen counteract the threat posed by its biggest rivals. The £35 bundle includes a free wireless router and McAfee security, while installation costs have been cut from £70 to a one-off £30.
Customers also have the option of upgrading their broadband speed to 8Mb or 16Mb for an additional charge, expanding their Talk plan to cover anytime calls whilst also increasing the number of TV channels they can access.
