Tiscali have today launched a new broadband and home phone calls bundle to add to its growing range of packages on offer. At £6.49 per month for the first three months, rising to £12.99 per month thereafter, customers can get 2Mb unlimited broadband and weekend UK and International landline phone calls.
There's no set up fees to worry about as the modem is free while connection costs have been waived. New customers will have to sign up to a standard 12 month contract and will still need to pay BT £11 a month for their telephone line rental. Alternatively, consumers can sign up to the £14.99 per month Tiscali broadband and phone bundle that includes telephone line rental for free.
The headline £6.49 price point will be promoted extensively in the press and on the TV by the telecommunications giant as it seeks to tempt the thousands of TalkTalk customers coming to the end of their 18 month contract period to switch.
