Virgin Media have upgraded their National broadband service with the latest super-fast ADSL2+ technology which means customers can now benefit from faster broadband speeds up to 20Mb at no extra cost. The company has also launched its own telephone line rental service, which means customers can now save even more money on Virgin Media's bundled broadband and phone services.To coincide with the speed upgrade, the company has launched a new National Broadband Best Speed Promise, which guarantees to banish unrealistic marketing speed claims and gives customers honest and transparent information about the technical capabilities of their broadband connection at the point of sale.
