O2 Mobile Broadband delivers fast broadband speeds up to 3.6Mb on your laptop using the O2 3G mobile broadband network and the O2 plug and play USB modem dongle. There's two 'core' data packages to choose from, one with a 1GB allowance and one with 3GB. Any data used above the 1GB or 3GB caps is charged at 2.4 pence per MB.There's a choice of pay as you go, 1 month and 18 month contracts to choose from with a free O2 USB modem dongle provided with the 18 month contract.
There's also unlimited access to 7,500 Wi-Fi hotspots across the UK if you need it, plus a 30 day Happiness guarantee.
Finally it's worth noting that if you take your O2 USB Modem abroad, the charge for surfing the net and checking emails etc. is not included in your core package allowance. Costs for data usage outside of the UK are £3/MB in EU countries and £6/MB for countries outside the EU.
