| It's great to see Richard Branson bring the Virgin brand and its ethos to the broadband sector. In such a short space of time the ex ntl Telewest firm, often plagued by its poor customer service and cable footprint, has been reignited by the Virgin way of thinking. There's been significant investment and training in customer service, whilst its range of broadband, phone and TV packages have been simplified to offer great value. Whether you're in the market for either a stand alone super fast fibre optic broadband package or a TV, phone and broadband bundle, Virgin Media have it covered and at low prices too. Expect more low priced bundles and a focus on fast fibre optic broadband as Branson battle with Sky hots up.....note, the 100Mb next generation broadband service is the ultimate for downloading, streaming video & online gaming!
